Do Not Let The Name of Dokdo Islets Be Changed |
To: U.S. Library of CongressWe, the undersigned, acknowledge that the territory of Dokdo islets in the East Sea has been a matter of much debate between the countries of Korea and Japan for numerous years. We have witnessed many online encyclopedias and other informational sources change the name of the Dokdo islets to "Liancourt Rocks." We firmly assert that the correct name of these islets is, has always been, and will always be "Dokdo." We also realize that the Library of Congress is the largest library in the world and has much influence on other informational sources. Thus, we ask the U.S. Library of Congress to kindly refrain from changing the name to "Liancourt Rocks."
Sincerely,
