Yours to Reform in Ontario

To:  People of the Province of Ontario

Whereas the Government of Ontario and its past Big Three governing parties of New Democrat, Progressive Conservative and Liberal special interest agendas have continued the many decades of overspending and mismanagement and are responsible for the crisis we find ourselves in today. Now is the time to open our eyes to a fresh new vision of what our province can be. The old vision, held by the NDP, PC and Liberal status quo establishment parties, revolves around big government and the high taxes that go with it. It is a worn out vision which has us working more than half the year just to pay our tax bill. And it is a vision which trivializes our sense of ourselves by implying that we can only hold this province together through government programs, government spending and government propaganda; and

Whereas the Government of Ontario and its past Big Three governing parties of New Democrat, Progressive Conservative and Liberal special interest agendas had refused to bring forward Tax Reform by providing growth, opportunity, and jobs for Ontarians through lower taxes, smaller government, and a balanced budget; and

Whereas the Government of Ontario and its past Big Three governing parties of New Democrat, Progressive Conservative and Liberal special interest agendas had refused to bring forward Fiscal Reform by presenting family friendly policies that support the growth and development of families, including fairer tax provisions for parents; and

Whereas the Government of Ontario and its past Big Three governing parties of New Democrat, Progressive Conservative and Liberal special interest agendas had refused to bring forward Judicial Reform by reforming the criminal justice system to make communities safer and shift the balance from the rights of criminals to the rights of law abiding citizens and victims; and

Whereas the Government of Ontario and its past Big Three governing parties of New Democrat, Progressive Conservative and Liberal special interest agendas had refused to bring forward Social Reform by improving social security by strengthening health care to provide Ontarians with better and speedier access to services; strengthening the pension system to ensure Ontarians can save for secure retirement; improving other social services such as Employment Insurance; and ensuring the equality of all Ontarians; and

Whereas the Government of Ontario and its past Big Three governing parties of New Democrat, Progressive Conservative and Liberal special interest agendas had refused to bring forward Political Reform by strengthening Canadian unity by advocating Ottawa start moving more provincial and territorial powers to the level of government best able to manage them while providing better representation and accountability in the Ontario Legislature with the free vote recall guarantee that allows you to gives you the power to fire your representative if they fail to live up to their election promises; and

Therefore let it be resolved that the undersigned call on the People of the Province of Ontario to support the Reform Association of Ontario, its future Central Canadian Assembly on the Dominion's Fiscal, Social and Democratic Future forum and its current Yours to Reform in Ontario campaign in bringing the Government of Ontario and its past Big Three governing parties of New Democrat, Progressive Conservative and Liberal special interest agendas into responsible account of its actions while in power, towards the future reformation of the current elite system and move forward to bring it back to being the democratic voice of the people, by the people and for the people.
