TV commericials at Equal Volume as Programs They Support

Have you noticed how loud television commercials are compared to the shows they support? This practice needs to stop. We are tired of constantly reaching for the remote to adjust volume, and would like to preserve our hearing. We support legislation to require commericials to air with a volume equivalent (within 10dB) to the programs with which they run.
