Orcon International Speed Issues

Orcon has had international speed issues since early May (some complaints range even earlier). Although we understand that these issues take time to correct, it is our belief that during this time, we, the customers of Orcon are entitled to discounted internet or compensation. Our ADSL/ADSL2+ connections are delivering speeds as slow as dial-up, yet Orcon punishes us by continuing to charge premium rates. This is unacceptable. We petition that Orcon reduce their charges until their international speed issues are corrected.
