Because 45 million Americans and 701,000 Oklahomans lack health insurance, and understanding the importance of good health in insuring opportunities to participate in the political, social and economic life of the nation, we the undersigned encourage the federal government and state of Oklahoma to enact legislation that provides health insurance to all citizens.
