Canada is currently increasing the size and scope of its role in the occupation of Afghanistan, and as the killing, destruction and oppression of the people of Afghanistan also increases, the Afghan people are still fighting for self-determination and against foreign control of their country.

In response, we, the undersigned, demand that Canada immediately remove all troops from Afghanistan and cease any intervention in Afghanistan. We insist that the demands of the Afghan people for sovereignty be met and that all occupying forces are removed.
