Keeping open the East Oxford Social Club

The East Oxford Social Club is a thriving space hosting all sorts of events. This is the only all inclusive space in East Oxford welcoming people of all races, social backgrounds or financial status.


This is now being threatened with the decision taken by two council officers to close the place down, against the decision of the East area parliament this week to give us three months to put our finances in order. These people are proposing to close up and board up the social club as from this weekend, with no period of notice. Please sign this petition if you want to put a stop to this massive trampling of our civil rights.
