Refund for 8/26/04 Camden Ozzfest Show

To:  Sharon Osbourne and all those involved in organizing and promoting Ozzfest 2004

On 8/26/04 Ozzfest date at the Tweeter Center in Camden, New Jersey Ozzy Osbourne did not perform as scheduled with Black Sabbath due to “bronchitis” and instead Rob Halford performed in his place.

The audience was not made aware of the situation until almost 9:00 PM immediately before Black Sabbath was scheduled to take the stage. Fans at the show were not given the option of a refund of any sort.

What fans were promised, and what they paid for was not delivered that night. The way the situation was handled was unprofessional and was a slap in the face to everyone attending the show.

The undersigned believe that those in attendance at the show in Camden should be entitled to a refund.
