As fans of the TV show Wolf Lake, we are extremely disappointed by your decision to pull this program from your Wednesday night schedule after only five episodes.

We believe that it is necessary to allow ample time for the show to gain a repectable following. Although the initial ratings may be lower than what were hoped for, let it be known that word is spreading on the internet via message boards, forums, and chat rooms that indicate a groundswell of interest in this unique and entertaining program. Recently, a post at Yahoo's Buzz Index under the category of Overall Movers showed that Wolf Lake's search engine requests had gone up an impressive 480%.

Please do not cancel this program without giving it a fair chance. Broadcasting only five episodes does not allow this struggling show a sufficient chance at gaining the type of audience your network so desperately seeks. The 18 to 34 year old demographic is there for this show. But you must give it a decent chance. The ratings may be small, but the viewers are loyal and can produce a cult-like following.

Please reconsider your decision to place Wolf Lake on hiatus and return it to your primetime schedule.
