We hereby request that Dubliner and proud Irishman Padraig Harrington be given the freedom of the city of Dublin, Ireland and granted an open top bus homecoming on his return from the United States of America to mark his remarkable achievement of winning the 90th USPGA Championship (becoming the first European to win the USPGA since 1930), back to back major Championships, back to back Open Championships and in doing so claiming his 3rd major title.
