Basic Financial Capablity to become a Parent

To:  The Members of the Parliament of India

I believe there should be a law requiring a very basic financial capability requirement to become a parent. A qualification is required to become anything else, like a doctor, a lawyer, an engineer, but not to become a parent. A human child should not be a free commodity. I believe that we cannot secure basic human rights without first securing basic child rights.

I urge you to make basic financial capability a legal requirement to become a parent, so that:

1) Basic child rights are secured,
2) Quality living standards are secured for the next generation,
3) Human birthrate is tied to the existence of natural resources.
