Remove "No Parking" for Street Cleaning in Madison Parking Zone 3

To:  Mayor Cieslewicz, City Council, and the Madison Parking Division

We call upon the above individuals to reconsider their recent decision to enact "No Parking Zones" on certain days for street cleaning in Zone 3, as it unfairly keeps residents from being able to affordably and easily park their vehicles.

We would like one of two options to be enacted:
1.) The parking ban on Mondays for street cleaning be removed
2.) Residents with a residential street parking permit for the appropriate zone shall be able to use the nearby State Street parking garage free of charge for those days in which street cleaning takes place.
