We, the undersigned, wish to express our discontent and dismay regarding the patch to be worn by Mets players which will celebrate the inaugural season at Citi Field. As loyal Mets fans we do not approve of the way the design on this patch depicts our team, stadium or city. Please re-design this logo so that it properly represents the tradition of the Mets and portrays the future home of the Mets in a thoughtful and dignified light. If a re-design is not possible please refrain from making the player's wear this embarrassment.
