Keep Paula Abdul as a judge on American Idol

I just wanted to thank all the people who signed and passed the word to others about the petition. Since we know for sure that Paula Abdul will remain as a judge on AI, the petition is now closed.

To Fox Studios and to everyone associated with the show American Idol,

This is a petition to help secure Paula Abdul's job as judge of the television show American Idol. This show is Fox's number one show for many reasons, and one of the most important reasons is Paula Abdul. As an artist herself, she brings to the show her knowledge of the entertainment business in which the contestants are competing to be in. Given her qualifications as an international singer/dancer/choreographer, she is the only person who can give constructive criticism to the contestants, as she is the only judge on American Idol who is a singer. The world has loved her as an artist and the world continues to love her as a judge on American Idol.
With this petition, we would like to ensure that American Idol keep the important asset that is Paula Abdul in its show. There would be no American Idol without Paula Abdul. Her presence gives credibility to this competition.
Please take in consideration the importance of Paula Abdul on American Idol and keep her on the show.
