Pacific Cinйmathиque, which will celebrate its 40th anniversary next year, is at a crossroads, occupying a cramped, aging facility with insufficient space to properly house our Film Reference Library and West Coast Film Archive, our award-winning youth education programs, and other important public programming designed to serve the community.

At this moment, an extraordinary opportunity exists to provide a new home for Pacific Cinйmathиque in a state-of-the-art film institute, media education centre and cultural venue within the proposed TELUS Garden development in downtown Vancouver.
