Please kindly let the etseemed producer Stephen Street know that his work is NOT required on any future Liberties/Pete Doherty/Babyshambles material.

While his input is undoubtedly good in terms of morale in the Doherty camp, we the undersighned feel that his approach to the MUSIC is horribly unsuitable for someone like Doherty. We want the anarchic nature of songs that made up 'Up The Bracket' ('Horrorshow', 'I Get Along', 'Up The Bracket', 'Vertigo'), 'The Libertines'' b-sides ('The Delaney', 'Skag And Bone Man'), Doherty's numerous internet demos and 'Down In Albion' ('8 Dead Boys, 'Up The Morning').

Stephen Street's watered-down production sucks.

...As illustrated on 'Shotters Nation' and 'Grace/Wastelands'.

Is it any wonder that the material produced by him has led to the worst charting songs by Doherty in his entire career?

The song's are still there...but it is certain that the production is not.

GET STREET OUT.
