Can You Hear Me Now? - The Death of Solitude |
To: Director of National Park Service, Fran MainellaCell phone towers are sprouting up all across the National Park System. But the National Park Service does not know how many or where they are. Instead, telecommunications companies set the location, size and number of towers in deals with individual parks.
The Director of the National Park Service needs to hear your voice. Sign the petition and pledge your support alongside Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER) to remove the illegal construction of a 100-foot cell phone tower that overlooks Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park and help put an end to the proliferation of cell phone towers in National Parks.
