To:  Rod Serling Admirers and fans of Dramatic, Scifi, Fantasy Television

"Rod Serling is best known for his award winning series The Twilight Zone, and was one of the few founders of early dramatic television. Serling's early works such as 'Patterns' and 'Requiem For a Heavyweight', proved to the industry and to the world, that he was a top creative writer, and a heavyweight for television. Along with Rod Serling's numerous awards and achievements as a writer, he was a lecturer and teacher and a WWII awarded U.S. Paratrooper. The Rod Serling Foundation and it's members, The Twilight Zone Archives, The Fifth Dimension, and fans across the U.S., have shown much interest and support and for the U.S.P.S. to issue a Rod Serling postage stamp, yet in fact, it hasn't been issued. Please help to honor the life and work of Rod Serling, by signing this online petition, to request that in the near future, the U.S.P.S. issue the long overdue Rod Serling stamp."
