Belgium Grand Prix - Lewis Hamilton was fairly stripped of his win

We urge the FIA (Fйdйration Internationale de l'Automobile) NOT to reconsider the penaltythe decision made to add 25 seconds to the finishing time of Lewis Hamilton (McLaren-Mercedes) in the Formula 1 Belgium Grand-Prix (07th September 2008). We believe the decision that has been made right and strongly urge you don't to revert back to the original final classifications. The rules state that Lewis Hamilton had to give position back to Kimi Raikkonen, which he didn't.

    • it wasn't the first time hamilton made that mistake. Maybe he learn to be patient after this penalty

    • If there wold have been a wall or gravel instead then I don't think he would have tried to overtake Kimi at that place. Now he took the risk because he knew that if it didn't work he could 'ecape' without losing time. He would have never been able to overtake Kimi at La Source if he followed the track layout correctly. Now he had a big advantage after the chicane and it's correct that this is sanctioned. He should have waited until after La Source. If this isn't sanctioned we shouldn't need chicanes and corners anymore!
