More Info at:
To YC, the CEO of DFI, to Ed Huang, Head of North American DFI Operations, to Frank Wong, DFI USA Support Manager:
As of January 5th, 2007, you have shut down the support forum known as DFI-street, once found at http://www.dfi-street.com/, a forum which has offered outstanding support to computer enthusiasts of any skill, and was once one of the greatest communities online. It had even reached the level of recognition that several hardware manufacturers were donating components for the forum to test, and had their own tech support representatives become members of the forum.
Please bring back DFI-Street forums. It has singlehandedly changed the life of many, and may be the single most important tool for computer enthusiasts everywhere.
My message to all DFI owners out there: On January 5th, 2007, DFI has come to a disagreement with it's own values and because of it, DFI Street is no more. If you're as upset about this as I am, please sign this petition and let's show DFI just how much the "Street" meant to all us DFI owners out there.
