We the undersigned believe the African Serval "Wednesday," belonging to Beaumont, Texas resident Andrew Strange, to be a loving and faithful pet. We also feel Wednesday is not a "dangerous wild animal" and that Mr. Strange strange should be allowed to keep her at his residence in Beaumont without restriction.
