Dear Mayor Pitman and members of the Council:

I strongly oppose the proposed 1,625 EnCap Housing Project that will overcrowd North Arlington with thousands of new cars, add hundreds of new students to the school system, force higher taxes through additional costs for police, fire, sanitation and other public services. I oppose the use of Eminent Domain to take private property from taxpaying citizens and understand that this project will trigger state mandates that will force as many as 300 new Low Income Housing units on North Arlington. I urge you to end your support for this project and help keep North Arlington just the way we like it.
