We, the undersigned, are of the belief that Judy and Cliff Carroll, current property management at 10 Lisa Street in Brampton, need to be replaced. They are incompetant in repairs, incompetant in customer service, and do not have the skills required to properly maintain this property. This property should have certified Property Management Professionals working within it's walls.
For the price we all pay, we should have a property manager (Judy) who is in the office during business hours. We should have a property manager who has the customer service skills to handle her residents, without having to resort to having legal restraining orders placed on residents. We should have a property manager who knows the laws regarding to entry of units, and should not break these laws.
We should have a maintenance person (Cliff) who knows basic repair and building maintenance skills. He should be accessable, and should not show up reaking of alcohol. He should be able to co-ordinate with contractors to have things fixed properly the first time, not having to have contractors show up 5 times or more, and still not have the issues resolved. He should also not break Brampton smoking laws by smoking in the building. Cliff should also perform basic building maintenance (such as changing light bulbs).
In summary, we believe that the time for a change in property management has come, and as such, ask for Minto's involvement in having new property management set up at this building.

- I have not had any issues with Cliff. However, I find Judy to be unprofessional and have had many complaints regarding her mannerisms with residents on the telephone and in person.

- Though some of the comments may be correct, I wouldn't say Cliff ever came to our apartment smelling of liquor. The best Superintendent Minto ever had at 10 Lisa Street was Joyce and Morris Sullivan. They were the first couple who were strict but pleasant. They are the ones who created a family atmosphere among the Residents, and used to create great social activities to which Joyce attended thereby making sure things went smooth.

- 1001, 1501, 2503 for many years. I would return again should I find a South facing one bedroom apartment at the right rent.
