This petition is to get all mobile phone service providers to send out "warning" messages to any customer who pays for a limited number of Text Messages when they are nearing the maximum number of Text Messages that the mentioned subscriber can use during the billing cycle. This small and simple change to the system will keep service providers from charging ridiculous amounts of money for someone going over the pre-defined limit.
