GAY BASHING IS A HATE CRIME
Criminal offenses against persons of the homosexual community are charged with lesser penalties than those of a HATE crime. These offenses should be charged as HATE crimes! The definition of a HATE crime is: Hate crimes (also known as bias-motivated crimes) occur when a perpetrator targets a victim because of his or her perceived membership in a certain social group. When sufficent evidence is provided to charge a defendant with a HATE crime the stiffest of penalties should be imposed. Lets all come together to protect the safety of ourselves and our loved ones who are in this social group of citizens. With all the signatures I can gather I will present this petition to all local lawmakers and proceed to the highest of senate. Your signature may save the life of an innocent person.
