I think Linda should still be on TV, but she needs to be in a quality comedy like The Office to get her some nice exposure to the public as well as strengthen her stalling acting career. I have not done peittions before, but I am interested in doing one some I can campaign for Linda to be in The Office. I would love to see Linda play Pam Bessely's best friend who takes over for Jan as president/CEO in the show who falls for Jim while still engaged to Pam. I would love to see a good conflict between JAM because the realtionship is starting become sugary sweet and I am getting irrated by it.
Cardellini is currently in her last season on long running medicial show ER so after the classic show gets canceled, she can go back to doing what got her big break in the first place on Freaks and Geeks, improv comedy! I think she will fit right in The Office as they need something with the love angle with JAM to have Linda be the homewrecker of the relationship. She has done that role before on Boy Meets World with Cory and Tapanga (just before F&G), but she can do that role but with more of a wide range auidence though. I would love to see her in a comic role again that is actually comedy. She just needs to find a role that is fresh (or from a fresh TV show/movie) and she will offically break free from being just known as Velma from Scooby Doo.
