To Myspace, News Corp.,

Your Customer Service (or lack thereof) is appalling and infringes on our rights to control our own information. Many people are simply trying to change their email addresses or delete accounts, but because they do not have access to their old email address we have been forced to contact customer service which almost never yields to any substantial success.

We demand that you become responsive in a timely manner and help us change our email addresses, passwords, delete accounts etc. when we no longer have access to our old email addresses.

- I have tried for over 3 months now to get my password reset and I have sent you guys your stupid salute over 10 times and I get nothing from you people!!!!!! This is horrible!! I just want my account deleted BUT CAN'T because I don't have the password!!!!!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had as far as customer service goes!! I don't want my profile out there in "limbo" where I can't access it!!!!

- was told that my page was deleted, then they emailed saying it was being re-built & I would have access back in a few days, then another email saying that they are deleting my page!! They send standard letters with out a personal response to your problem. They don't care if the page you have had for 3 an a half years has a problem, the only time they respond is when i contacted the head of security at myspace, then they say they are working on it..they are not. After a few days I checked in and still no sign in, so I go back to the security director & he sends it to them again..I am in lung failure & having my myspace page was/is a huge part of me dealing with the fact that I am dying at such a young age. They just are to lazy to re-build a page they errored on..it stinks, i also paid into the mobsters game & have lost that money & ALL OF MY FRIENDS & FAMILY THAT I LOOKED SO HARD FOR OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS! I AM VERY UPSET!

- Trying to delete my entire account but myspace sends confirmation to my old inactive account. I have tried to email myspace at least ten times and have gotten no response, not even an automated one. I just want my account/profile removed!!!!

- my space customer service does not exist. My account had been compermised after having it for 6 years. I have been going back and forth with the auto respons that is not customer service. Sent them numors Salutes to change my account information so i can access my account and still nothing.
