Save Indian Students in Australia

We, the young people of Gujarat and elsewhere in India, strongly condemn the continues racist attacks on Indian students in Australia. Since last few weeks, Indian students in Australia are facing brutal and racist attacks. Many Indian students are seriously injured and robbed. Every day at least one such incidence comes to light through media. Indian students in Australia are feeling afraid and helpless. The Australian government, instead of tacitly supporting the unlawful actions of such goons, must protect overseas students. It is very clear that Australian government has failed to provide enough security and safety to Indian students even though it has created task forces. Such incedances on daily basis is a slap on the face of all those countries which uphold valuse of equality and brotherhood.
We, the people of Gujarat and elsewhere in India, demand that the government of India take
1.Stern action and put enough pressure on Australian Government to provide enough safety and security to Indian Students
2.Take strong action against all those who have attacked our students
3. Creat proper mechanism and systmes to stop recist attacks in future.

    • I Strongly Believe that they must be given a proper SAFETY & PROTECTION. I also suggest to give them separate Compartments in TRAMS so that they can COMMUTE Safely. There should also be atleast 2 Guards with them in the given Compartment.

    • after all these attacks in australia, we all indian students here try to travel in a group or wid friends only, many of dm are afraid of being attacked anywhere in train, whatever may be the reason, racism or some odr, or if possible we just avoid late night tarvelling in tram or trains. however it's racist attacks or not, oz gvt must do something about this, as it;'s a matter of lives of all d students here in australia.
