We the undersigned believe that the city council should become actively involved in preserving land, air, and water in and around Victoria and find and incorporate ways to provide a healthy environment now and in the future. One way to do that is to institute curb side recycling for Victoria residents.

    • I grew up in Irving where they were doing curbside recycling over 25 years ago. I'd say we are a "little" behind down here!
