To Petition Congress to pass judgement for the boxer Mike Tyson to be given the legal right to assault any Paparazzi within a 50ft radius of his person at any time.
As a bonus, the IRS would reduce Tyson's tax bill by $250,000 for each punch landed per confrontation if accompanied by family members.
