This is a petition as Lawyers for the singers estate have estimated his total assets exceed $500 million, and that future business agreements bearing Michael Jacksons name could generate millions of dollars.

Where will this money go .....????

Well it has been announced that 40 percent of Michaels estate goes to Katherine. His children Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and 9-year-old Blanket inherit 40 percent and the remaining 20 percent will be left to charity.

Great but its the future money that i think has been ignored as the new album and soon to be DVD for one (This is it).

Where exactly will this money go..?? well yes "some" goes to the estate But who gets the rest ..... "SONY" So the point of this petition is to ensure that the estate gets ALL of the future money as its not like you still pay bills when you have died.. so why should Micheal Jackson have to.

I will send this petition off to numerous place including Sony and local and national papers if enough signatures are received as i think this is an important issue so i thank you for your help in getting what is rightfully the Jackson estate assigned correctly.
