Re: Petition for Amendment to include curbside recycling to Article 1, Chatham County Charter

We, the undersigned residents of Chatham County, pursuant to The Georgia Constitution, Article IX, II, Paragraph I, hereby move to amend the Chatham County Charter, Article 1, 1-126 (10) to add:

In unincorporated portions of the county, waste services shall include single-stream curbside recycling of glass, plastic, aluminum, newspapers and magazines.

I hereby swear that:

1. I have personally or electronically signed this petition inside the boundaries of Chatham County;
2. I am a resident and was registered to vote in the last general Chatham County election;
