A better DVD Queen of the Damned

To all of the QotD fans, we should have a "Director's Cut" or a "Special Collector's Edition" dvd of Queen of the Damned. The DVD released by Warner Bros. is missing some things many fans really want. Gothika, another good film made by Warner Bros., was recently re-released, one year after it's initial, on dvd with a ton of extras as a 2-Disc Edition.
Some extras *could* include...

Many people would like to see a Director's Cut. We would also an Anne Rice commentary as we watch the film. We would like a quality DVD case, and maybe a slipcover. We would like Aaliyah's audition video if possible, etc.

The bottom line is that, we just want a little bit more from the DVD of a good film. If movies like The Fifth Element can get a re-realesed "Special Edition" DVD, why can't we?

    • I love Queen of the damned, the movie! It's one of the best vampires films that I have seen and love. It is my favorite movie and I would love to see more of it. I have wanted to see more deleted scenes and I really want to see the one with Akasha and Lestat. Akasha is the best! I am a fan of Queen of the damned and would love to buy the Director's cut of Queen of the damned. I will watch it again and again. And I will love everybit of it.

    • PLEASE CREATE A NEW DIRECTOR'S CUT DVD WITH THESE DELTED SCENES FOR QUEEN OF THE DAMNED!! It would be a GRAVE injustice not too! It was bad enough that the movie included so LITTE from the novel, could we at least see Aaliyah's last few moments on film?

    • This is a must!!! I feel this would greatly help with sales of the movie AND the novel! It was unfair that Aaliyah had such a small role on the film when she was the main character. As one of her devoted fans, I feel it would be vital to make another Director's Cut DVD of QoTD!!
