We, the undersigned, are asking for the release of Texas inmate David Terry

Family, friends and people from all over the world who are concerned with the treatment of David Terry within the Texas Criminal system abhor this inhumane situation. It doesn't matter what a person did during their lifetime, every human being has the right to fair and humane treatment with the opportunity to a swift and fair trial.

- David is a wonderful man with a heart of gold and a few mental issues, including bipolar disorder. He doesn't think clearly sometimes and I pray that the court treats him fairly.

- I have known David Terry for about 3 years now and can say that he has been a constant friend to me and my family. I truely believe that if given proper medical care he would be both an asset to the community as well as his family. Thank you for your time in looking this over.
