We the undersigned concerned U.S citizens protest the cruel and inhumane treatment such as the denial of the freedom religion, the right to free speech and the right to due process of the Oneida Indians of the Thirth-two Acre community.
Over the past six years, the Oneida People and the U.S Citizens have suffered many great injustices with no accountability to anyone whatsoever. Halbritter has been hiding behind tribal sovereignty which belongs the Oneida Nation as a whole - not one man.
Halbritter is the (B.I.A) Federally Recongnized Representative on the Oneida Nation which is not supported by the Oneida People of the Six Nations Haudenosaunee Confederacy.
Halbritter continues to be allowed to commit these actions with support of the U.S Federal Government.
We demand, at once, a full and complete federal forensic investigation of the ongoing human and civil rights violations of the Oneida People.

    • When one of blood ancestry stands against not only his own people, but against his own family, then truly he is lost. When the time comes for him to face Grandfather Creator and the ancestors, his own will surely turn their backs, as do all in this world who stand with the Oneida.

    • It is time to stop taking rights, ignoring rights and time to restore rights.
