I, the undersigned citizen of the State of North Carolina, petition the General Assembly of North Carolina to call for a Constitutional Convention for the purpose of amending the United States Constitution to Reform Congress. I ask that the wording of the Amendment to Reform Congress specify that: 1.Congress shall pass no law that excludes itself or Federal employees from any provision of the law; 2. Congress shall not grant itself any special privileges that are not available to every Citizen of the United States; 3. Term limits shall be set for members of Congress that shall not exceed 2 terms of 6 years for Senators and 6 terms of 2 years for members of the House of Representatives.

Their abuse of their power is no different than that of CEO's who stole from their companies.
