As you may already know... The gruesome procedure known
as:..."Partial-Birth-Abortion" is performed over a three-day
period in the second or third trimester of pregnancy.

In this particular abortion technique... the physician delivers
all but the baby's head through the birth canal and then they
proceed to "STAB THE BABY" in the base of its skull with
curved scissors... and then they use a suction catheter to
remove the child's brain. Yes, this is the truth... The facts...

AMERICA... This precious child has been robbed of any
chance for life... This procedure is wrong and immoral...

AMERICA... Partial-Birth-Abortion is one of the most
important "moral" issues of our day. Once again... we are,
as a nation... forced to evaluate our sense of right and
wrong. We believe that this issue will define who we are as
a nation.... and as a people.

AMERICA...Our nation has always placed a high priority on
protecting the most vulnerable in our society. Therefore it is
disgraceful that the American people would condone such a
deadly procudure which allows this to happen to babies who
are literally a few inches from full delivery and life.

have shown that a majority of the American people believe
that this procedure should be "Illegal"....

AMERICA...President Clinton refuses to sign a bill to BAN
Partial-Birth-Abortions in our nation under God.

AMERICA...A criticism of this bill is that the Partial-Birth-
Abortion-Ban-Act does not contain a health exception for
"serious adverse health consequences."

AMERICA...The fact is... The procedure itself poses serious
risks to the mother's health and future fertility.

AMERICA...Partial-Birth-Abortions can cause serious health
problems such as an imcompetent cervix... serious infections...
perforation of the uterus... and hermorrhaging.

AMERICA...A concensus in the medical community
considers the procedure as unnecessary and unethical.

The American Medical Association has said that the
procedure is "NEVER" medically necessary....

has admitted "UNDER OATH" that the procedure is never

106th Congress will act to BAN this horrible procedure and
make the "PARTIAL-BIRTH-ABORTION-BAN-ACT"...
