  • this is not human to rob a child of life in a murder like act. There are families that cannot have children that would give everything that they own to know the love of a child. How could we ever deem ourselves sensible americans and sleep at night when there are unborn children being brutally slain like this. Unless there is a serious health risk the expecting mother should take the gift of child and offer that to a family that cannot conceve and let them live there dream of becoming a willing parent

  • I never gave PBA much attention until looking for an essay topic, I just may become one of my areas leading activist to ban and or inform people of this procedure. It is pitiful and involves no moral reasoning, or medical for that matter. It is a legal loophole for women to kill a baby that they waited too long to abort.

  • Everyone deserves the gift of life, who are we to take life from anyone. Not that I judge these woman because I am not the one who they have to answer to, God is. There are other options rather than abortion such as adoption. Why not bless a loving family who may not be as blessed as you to give birth to a child? Why would a woman who has felt her child mover inside her and carried for months kill the innocent life inside of her? Pure selfishness, you're more concerned with your needs opposed to your childs needs. I pray that Gods will shall be done. It hurts my heart to see harm done to any child, we need to come together and stop this madness. A lot of people don't care or choose not to get involved because they think it doesn't affect them. Someone needs to stand up for our children,their own Mothers are turning against them, who else do they have?

  • I was given the sad news 5 months into my first pregnancy that my son would not survive to full term. One of the Doctors that confirmed this told me that I had the option of aborting my baby who had Downs Syndrome which caused him to have several health problems that would ultimately lead to his passing. I could not beleive that abortion at 5 months was even an option and there was no way that I could kill my baby. Two months later my son died in my belly and I gave birth to him naturaly after three day's in the hospital. This was not an easy experience for me but to me it was the only way. I would have loved my son no matter how long he lived after birth or how much trouble it would have been to raise a mentaly and physically disabled child. To think that there are woman out there that would kill there child at any point in ther pregnancy scares the H*** out of me. The only thing I wonder about when it comes to this argument about protecting the mothers from something that could harm them in their pregnancies is "what in the world could do that?" . How likely is it that a woman could somehow be killed or seriously injured by having her child?
