We, the undersigned Friends of the Bovine Emancipation Project, believe that cows have been silenced for far too long due to their thumb-challenged status. Like all Americans, they have a right to make their voices herd at the ballot box.

The Bovine Emancipation Project began in Los Angeles. But supporters nationwide agree that it's time to give cows their God-given right to vote.
We ask that you, as legislators representing our great nation, help stop anti-bovine discrimination and give cows a voice in all state and federal elections.

We ask you to support emergency legislation toward a constitutional amendment that allows Bovine-Americans everywhere to cast their ballots. We ask you to support the Bovine Emancipation Project.
