We are requesting that you offer a brown, or whole grain, rice option whenever rice (usually white) is offered at your establishment (in sushi, as a side, under a curry, and the like). Organic rice would be even better. Brown rice is tasty and nutritious. More and more people are discovering that they prefer brown, or whole grain, rice to white rice. If you offer brown rice at your establishment, you will be doing your establishment, and your customers a favor. Rewards will be reaped in your finances, in the short term, and especcially, in the long run.
