1) We demand holding Foster care Child Abusers and the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare to the highest standards for child protection and the Bureau shall be held accountable if children that they are responsible for are abused.
2) We hold any and all persons involved or have any evidence or knowledge of child abuse accountable.
3) We ask that the abuser be punished to the fullest extent of the law and serve the FULL sentence. If the parent is the abuser of the child we ask that the child not be reunited with that parent. Parental rights should be terminated, if they do not fulfill court orders in 18 months or less.
4) We ask that the Governor of Wisconsin carefully examine and improve and fund the Bureau of Child Welfare in Wisconsin.
