MAKE RICK MERCER WORK SAVE THE CBC

We the undersigned value CBC Radio Canada as a national unifying force delivering regional, national and international news from a uniquely Canadian perspective to all regions of Canada. Through this reporting as well as its promotion of the arts and culture, the CBC helps us to define ourselves and maintain a national identity.

As such, we petition the House of Commons to provide bridge financing to the CBC for the short term and to establish guaranteed annual baseline funding for the future.

    • I couldn't imagine not having CBC as a source of news and entertainment. I almost exclusively listen to CBC Radio as most other programs do not offer anything informative or uniquely Canadian. I am very proud of the content CBC produces and fully support its funding with my tax dollars.
