- It's only the council logo, you could swear they were changing something important. I like the new design.

- This new logo is a load of rubbish - how would anyone know it represents Cornwall ? The new ''Super'' council has removed the internationally recognised symbol of the fisherman and tin miner flanking a shield with 15 gold Cornish bezants and a Cornish chough, in favour of a bland logo which represents nothing. I emplore all those who are proud of their roots and traditions, be it Cornish or British to show unity and stop these constant distortations of our heriatge - before long, we will have nothing recognisable left of our Duchy.

- We the undersigned are totally opposed to the recently approved new logo for the Cornwall Unitary Authority. We strongly feel that it is not an identifiable symbol for Cornwall. It fails to reflect Cornwall's unique heritage and distinctive culture. We urge the Joint Implementation Executive to listen to the people of Cornwall who wish to retain the current internationally recognised and respected traditional Cornish emblem. PLEASE SIGN THIS !! - http://one-cornwall.co.uk/logo/petition.doc

- Cornwall Council has sneakily created a new logo; and everyone seems to hate it. Yet will the Council listen to the people? - www.cornishworldmagazine.co.uk/content/view/84/74/

- The Liberal Democrats must have their grip on Kernow taken away, they are nothing but bad news for us. This pathetic logo has absolutely nothing to do with Kernow's culture, history or identity whatsoever.

- The "One and All" emblem is the world wide acknowledged symbol of Cornwall. We are proud of it and want to keep it. The councillors who want to change it should remember that they are the servants of the people of Cornwall and not the rulers

- I am not opposed to change per se. However, this new logo seems to be change for change sake. The old logo is recognised by Cornish men and women round the world and loved accordingly. It has a dignity and gravitas that is somehow missing from the new version. Please reconsider.

- The old County Council logo should be kept, it equates to a denial of Cornish identity and as the new logo proposal was not put before the Cornish people, it was not democratic. The new logo is a complete waste of tax payers money!

- What was wrong with the old one? The chough, the mine etc, all very relevant, and we're proud of them. This new one doesn't have anything that resembles the cornish herritage
