The Clark County District Attorney's Office, Child Support Division, current automatically deducts $25 per year from child support payments before forwarding the monies to struggling mothers with children to support. This is both unfair and unethical. The Child Support Division of the Clark County District Attorney's Office is a public office and their services are paid for by our tax dollars. Taking $25 per year from the mouths of our children is thievery and must be stopped. We, the undersigned, pay taxes and collectively pay the salaries of the officials and civil servants who work in the District Attorney's Office and acknowledge that the monies deducted from child support payments are monies taken not from the parents and taxpayers, but is being stolen directly from our children, and this must be stopped.
