Matrix who is sick of those cardboard efforts,

I am very unhappy with those cheap cardboard cases that you supply with all your DVD releases and I am sure that there are other DVD fans who are unhappy about this too, I feel that we should be given better cases than the current cardboard ones. I speak for many DVD fans who would like plastic amaray cases instead. I know its not as important as the actual DVD disc, but those cardboard efforts are poor quality cases.

I find it really bizarre that you released The Matrix, one of the best Warner DVD's ever in a cardboard case, why?

So please come to your senses and give us proper cases.

    • Why do the EXACT same releases in Australia get Amaray cases? Until the dreaded snapper disappears, I shall only buy Warners stuff on R4.

    • People have been moaning about snapper crappers for years. It's time Warner/New Line/HBO abandons them and switches to what everyone is using, the amaray cases. Which come in 3-4 different variations and are much better.

    • Get rid of the snappers and switch to black amarays. Snappers break easily, are not the nicest things to look at, and stiick out in the DVD rack. If Australia has amarays (clear), why can't we and the rest of the world?

    • WB; I understand that The Matrix is to be repackaged as a 2DVD set to include The Matrix Revisited. Make the new packaging available to anyone who wants to make their original movie the 2DVD set.
