We've been told that there is no public nomination procedure for this wonderful award, YET...
the undersigned dare to plea and ask you to consider Mr. Dick Van Dyke for a well deserved Kennedy Center Honor Award nomination in the year 2003.

- Yes, I recently made this statement on the Diagnosis Murder PAX forum message board. There is no one as deserving as Dick Van Dyke. He has brought us so many things in life: good moral values, endless laughter, singing, dancing, and acting. Walt Disney was so wise to get Dick and Julie Andrews to be in his Mary Poppins movie which all ages still enjoy today. Dick's longevity of 50 years is remarkable.....all of his tv shows keep going on for years. Nickelonean has it nightly of his original DVD show; pax carries Diagnosis Murder, and we often see Mary Poppins on the Disney Channel. Let's finally give ENJOYMENT back to the man who has brought a lifetime of happiness to each view of his work. He touches our hearts endlessly. God bless Dick Van Dyke, and here's to you Dick!
