We, the undersigned, support immigration reform that would enable E2 Treaty Investors who fulfill the criteria set out in House Bill H.R.2310 (Introduced by Congresswoman Heather Wilson R-NM) to apply for Legal Permanent Residency. This would not only provide security for the children and employees of the investors, but also generate further investment and job creation.
E2 Treaty Investors collectively invest millions of dollars across America and employ tens of thousands of U.S. citizens. We seek fairness and equality as well as a permanent future in the United States for our families.

- As a Certified Public Accountant that deals frequently with the unique needs of foreign investors, I trully believe that the E-2 investor visa should have a way to lead to a Green Card. The lack of this option puts foreign investors in the position of uncertaintly and at a distinct disadvantage in the U.S. marketplace.

- Immigrants and their families who purchase businesses and make financial committments to the USA should be fast-tracked toward citizenship and not forced to "jump through hoops" to stay in the country.

- We would like to be able to live a normal life without the constant hassles and expense of trying to stay here, especially when we are providing jobs for Americans and educating our children to be part of the American society and to contribute new skiled labor.
