Please help us save an innocent man.. There is no doubt of Eric Catheys innocence
Harris County, Texas knows he is innocent..
A girl was shot and killed.. She lived with a drug dealer. This drug dealer beat someone out of money and killing the girl was a way to get even with the dealer
Police were sent to Beaumont Texas to discuss a deal with another man.. He told them that he knew who had killed her and gave them a name.. They never bothered to look into it.
Also the Mexican Vice Squad was sent a letter written in Spanish.. In the letter it told who the real killer was and gave his name and told them he had to get out of Texas and return to Mexico as he feared for his life. Again the police ignored the information.. The name given to the police by both men were the same name. And it was not Eric Catheys name they gave to the police..
Eric had been involved with drugs.. But he was not the killer. The state of Texas is going to kill Eric on November 18th We must try to stop this.. Please sign the petition..

    • Eric Cathey is innocent. Do not allow this execution to take place until all avenues of investigation have been thoroughly exhausted.

    • The state of Texas seems to not care if someone is innocent. Who is making all the money from these needless executions?

    • How do you without a shadow of a doubt know that this man is guilty! Dead is forever not just a temporary thing. This case needs to re-opened and explored! Make possitively sure that the guilty arte prosecuted! I don't believe in the death penality. America is so "used" to killing and it seems on all fronts that killing something or someone is the answer! Think again, we the people are not the "judge" God is. He makes the final decession not man. Think again before you execute anyone. What if you've made a mistake? It happens all the time. I'm sure the victim's family want justice but is this justice? I think not. Killing another is not the answer. Re-open this case and find out who the gulity and put them in prison not kill them!

    • The case should have been investigated properly. In cases where there's a faulty investigation or so much doubt, I'm absolutely opposed to the death penalty. The victim's death is a shame, but there's a risk playing the drug game, and she knew that risk.
