This is a referendum to the people of Egypt for agreement to isolate and Sequestrate the whole government in complete and immediate isolation, ,unconditioned and unsuspended

أستفتاء عام لشعب مصر بالموافقة على تنحية و إقالة و عزل و إسقاط كل من: رئيس الدولة و الحزب الحاكم و رئيس الوزراء و كافة الوزراء و الحكومة المصرية بالكامل و كافة الجهات التابعة لها و مجلسي الشعب و الشورى بشكل فوري و كامل غير مشروط او معلق

حيث أن السلطة المطلقة مفسدة مطلقة، و قد فسدت كافة سلطات الدولة التنفيذية و التشريعية و القضائية بنسبة يستحيل تلافي أضرارها و تداركها
و حيث ترتكب الجرائم و المخالفات تحت سمع و بصر الحكام بل و بمعاونتهم و مشاركتهم في حين تم عزل الشعب عن سلطانه و تجريده من حقوقه
و حيث أمتدت الأضرار خارج حدود الدولة لتسئ إلى العلاقات الدولية بين الدول و بين الشعوب و أهدرت الثروات و نهبت و أنهارت آثار الحضارة

لذلك

أقر بموافقتي على تنحية وعزل و إسقاط كل من: رئيس الدولة و الحزب الحاكم و رئيس الوزراء و كافة الوزراء و الحكومة المصرية بالكامل و كافة الجهات التابعة لها و مجلسي الشعب و الشورى بشكل فوري و كامل غير مشروط او معلق و أطالب كافة الجهات المخاطبة عاليه بالقيام بمسئولياتها و سلطاتها و مساندتها في إتمام ذلك الأستفتاء و الإجراءات التابعة و اللاحقة له

و نطالب أن يتم ذلك تحت إشراف تام و كامل لمنظمة الامم المتحدة بصفتها الجهة الرئيسية العالمية المسئولة الأولى عن الأمن و السلام الدوليين و الحفاظ على حقوق الإنسان و حريته و كرامته في كافة الدول بموحب الاتفاقيات و المواثيق الدولية المعززة لذلك و المنظمات التابعة لها و لكونها منظمة عامة فلا يجوز الاحتجاج بأنها تتدخل في الشئون الداخلية للدولة خاصة و أن في هذا الأستفتاء رغبة مؤكدة من الشعب و تحت إشراف فرعي للسيد الأمين العام لجامعة الدول العربية

As the absolute authority is an absolute spoiler, and all the authorities of the country, executive, legislative and judicial had been spoiled with a percentage which makes it impossible to avoid the harm of this irreversible damage

And where crimes and offenses are committed under the eyes of the rulers and even their help and share and people have been isolated from their self-control and stripped from main human rights

And as the damage is extended beyond the frontiers to reach the international relations between countries and between peoples and squandered the wealth which is looted, and the remains of civilization is collapsed

Thus

Recognized that I had approved the capture, sequestration and drop by :- The president-Head of State and the ruling party and prime minister and all ministers and the Egyptian government in full and all of its members and houses of parliament in an immediate and full removal, unconditional nor suspended, and I call on all sides above-mentioned - to use all their responsibilities and powers and supports in the completion of the referendum and related actions and subsequent

And we demand that to be done under the full supervision of the Organization of the United Nations as the world's major primary responsible for international peace and security and the preservation of human rights and freedom and dignity in all countries under the international conventions and covenants enhancing that, besides the UN sub-organizations
And as UN is the global organization and authority, third part "current governors" may not be invoked as interfering in the internal affairs of the country and that referendum is a confirmed desire of the people and under the supervision of a subsidiary to the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States
