Dear XM Sirius Executives,

We think Earl Douglas should be fired as the Ron and Fez executive producer as soon as possible. He is an embarrassment to Ron and Fez, XM Sirius, and humanity in general. He is a drag on the show and his salary drains recourses that could be utilized in building a productive and competent production staff. The medical bills accumulated from a decade of fake diseases, which he uses to draw attention away from his inability to perform any of the duties his job requires, must undoubtedly raise your insurance premiums. Every day he remains employed is a lost opportunity to improve your companys programming and save money.
